Ice Age: Continental Drift, also known internationally as Ice Age 4: Continental Drift or simply as Ice Age 4, is a 2012 American 3D computer-animated comedy adventure film directed by Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier. It was written by Jason Fuchs and Michael Berg, and features the voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Wanda Sykes, Queen Latifah and Jennifer Lopez.
Ice Age: Continental Drift Plot
Scrat's hunt for acorns is the reason why the Pangaea continent broke up into the continents as we know them today. In the meantime, Manny and his wife Ellie deal with their daughter Peaches who has a crush on a mammoth named Ethan. Peaches' best friend, a mole hog named Louis, also appears to have a crush on her. When Manny catches Peaches hanging with Ethan, Manny starts an argument with her. Peaches runs away after the argument. The breakup of the continent separates Manny from his family. Manny gets stuck on a floating piece of ice together with Sid, Diego, and Sid's grandmother Granny. The moving earth plate drives Ellie, Peaches, Crash and Eddie, Louis, Ethan, and all the other animals towards a land bridge, where they hope to reunite with Manny.
